CarsBook removes the parts of used-car trading that slow dealers down: finding stock, checking who is on the other side, and agreeing on a price with no record. Here is the whole process.
Install the app and create a dealer account. You need your business name, owner name, mobile number, email, address, city and state. An optional dealership logo helps other dealers recognise you.
Your registration is submitted as Pending. The CarsBook team reviews the business details you provided and approves or rejects the account, typically within 24 - 48 hours. Rejected accounts are shown a reason and can contact support.
Approval activates your free plan, which costs nothing and never expires. You can open the marketplace, search and filter every approved dealer's inventory, start conversations, and list 1 car at a time.
Searching and contacting dealers need no plan at all, and never expire. Publishing is capped by plan, and the free plan already covers 1 car. Take a paid plan when you need more than one live, then use the guided flow to add photos, specs, condition, price and documents.
Every conversation lives on the vehicle it is about. Send text, photos, documents or a voice note. The other dealer gets a notification in the installed app, so replies stay quick.
Send an offer. Get a counter, or send one back, or accept. The full sequence is kept as a timeline on that vehicle. CarsBook does not process vehicle payments - inspection, payment and RC transfer happen between the two dealers.
What approval unlocks
Only approved dealers can open the marketplace. That single rule is what keeps CarsBook a dealer network rather than another open classifieds site.
After a paid plan ends
Nothing is deleted. Your listings are delisted and you drop back to the free plan, but browsing, filtering and contacting dealers carry on exactly as before, with no limit and no expiry.
