Why are all CarsBook dealers verified?
Registration is reviewed before an account can see the marketplace. Approved dealers are identified by business name, city and state, so you always know whose stock you are looking at.
CarsBook has one job: put a verified dealer's stock in front of another verified dealer, quickly and with a record. Everything in the app serves that.
Discovery
You do not scroll hoping to find the right car. You describe the car you need and CarsBook narrows the network down to it. Sorting, filtering and shortlisting exist so a dealer can compare three options in a couple of minutes.
The platform
Every feature below solves a specific problem a working dealer runs into every week.
Registration is reviewed before an account can see the marketplace. Approved dealers are identified by business name, city and state, so you always know whose stock you are looking at.
A guided listing flow captures make, model, variant, year, fuel, transmission, ownership, kilometres, condition, price and location. Add up to 8 photos per car, compressed so pages stay fast on a dealer's data plan.
Every thread belongs to a vehicle, so context never gets lost. Send text, photos, documents and voice notes, and receive notifications in the installed app. Only the dealers in the conversation can read it.
Send an offer on any car. The seller can accept, reject, or counter; you can counter back. The negotiation is stored as a timeline on the vehicle, so both sides always see the current number and how it got there.
RC, insurance, PUC and service records are attached to the listing but never published. Buyers cannot see documents until the selling dealer authorises access, so a listing can be public while its paperwork stays confidential.
Your listings are visible to approved dealers across the network rather than to the general public. The audience is narrow, which is exactly why a listing reaches people who can actually buy a car from you.
Plans are sized by listing capacity, not by feature tier: 1, 3, 7 or 15 live cars at a time. The cap keeps the marketplace clean and stops duplicate listings. Reach the limit and you free a slot by ending or swapping a listing.
New messages, offers and listing activity are pushed to the installed Android app. Push does not work in Expo Go or a browser, so use the APK from this site if you rely on alerts.
Comparison
An honest comparison. CarsBook is not better for selling to end customers - that is not what it is for.
