Yes. CarsBook is a closed, dealer-only network. End customers and brokers cannot register or browse inventory, which is exactly why the conversations you have on CarsBook are worth having.

Every new dealer registers as PENDING. The CarsBook team reviews the business details you submitted and moves the account to APPROVED or REJECTED. Verification typically takes 24 to 48 hours. Only approved dealers can open the marketplace, and rejected dealers are shown the reason and can contact support.

The free plan is free forever and never expires. It gives you 1 car listing at a time, plus unlimited browsing, filtering and contacting of every verified dealer on the network. Here is how the one free slot works: when you add a car it goes live and stays live for 30 days, and you cannot remove it during that time. When the 30 days are up the car is taken down automatically and your free slot opens again, so you can list your next car. That cycle repeats for as long as you stay on the free plan. Upgrade to a paid plan whenever you want more than one car live at the same time.

Four paid plans, each sized by how many cars you can have live at the same time: Starter at Rs. 200 for 1 car, Basic at Rs. 500 for 3 cars, Broker at Rs. 1,200 for 7 cars, and Dealer at Rs. 2,500 for 15 cars. Every plan runs for 30 days and includes the same features - only the listing capacity changes. 15 cars is currently the maximum.

Yes. If you have never held a paid plan, your first purchase includes one extra month at no extra cost. The bonus is applied automatically to your first activation and does not apply again on renewal.

Your listings are delisted, never deleted, and you drop back to the free plan. Browsing, filtering and contacting dealers carry on exactly as before, and your single free listing slot becomes available again. CarsBook reminds you before a paid plan is about to expire, so you can renew without losing momentum.

You can renew the plan you already have at any time. To move to a different plan, you wait until your current one ends, and the new plan then runs its own full 30 days from that day. We never add the days you have already paid for to a different plan, so nobody loses time they have bought. Upgrading from the free plan to any paid plan is the exception: that starts immediately.

Yes. Documents such as RC, insurance, PUC and service records are never published publicly. They stay private until the selling dealer authorises access. Keep in mind that document sharing happens directly between the two dealers in the app.

Every conversation is attached to a specific vehicle. You can send text, photos, documents and voice messages in the same thread, so there is never any doubt about which car is being discussed. Only the dealers in the conversation can read it.

On a vehicle you are interested in, send an offer. The selling dealer can accept, reject, or send a counter offer. Every step is recorded in a negotiation timeline attached to that vehicle, so both sides always know the current price and history. The actual transaction happens outside CarsBook, directly between the dealers.
